Embroidery requires a stitch file, a digitised version of your logo that tells our machines exactly where to place each stitch. We digitise every new logo as part of your order.
Digital Visual Proofs
Before we produce a single garment, we create a digital mock-up showing your logo positioned on your chosen garment and colour. You'll see exactly what you're getting before we start.
Artwork Revisions
Not happy with the placement or size? We offer unlimited revisions on your proof until you're completely satisfied.
Artwork Clean-Up
If your logo isn't quite production-ready; low resolution, wrong format, or needs redrawing, our team can clean it up and prepare it correctly.
Format Conversion
We work with all file formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG, JPEG, and more. Send us what you have and we'll take it from there.
Multi-Placement Proofing
Ordering garments with multiple placements, such as a left chest logo and a back print? We'll proof every placement so there are no surprises.
