What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order. You can order just 1 garment or 10,000+, however, volume discounts are applied the more you order.

How should I submit my artwork?

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for best results. JPG and PNG files are also accepted at 300 DPI minimum resolution.

How long will my order take?

Standard turnaround is 5 - 7 working days from artwork approval. If you need anything quicker, please get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.

Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?

Yes, you can order samples plain or with your branding applied before committing to a full order. Simply choose your products, add your customisation and place your order. Once you receive your sample items and are happy with the end result, you can place the full order.
